General Information

  1. Where are Emma Deluxe Apartments located?
    We are located in Fürth/Piesendorf near Kaprun, just 2 minutes from Kaprun and 10 minutes from Zell am See. The free ski bus stop is right in front of the door.
  2. How many apartments are there, and what amenities do they offer?
    Our facility includes 16 fully equipped apartments with:
    Fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso machine, microwave-oven combo, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and more).
    • Underfloor heating, shower/WC, towel warmer, hairdryer.
    • Starter set with basic consumables (e.g., 4x dishwasher tabs, shampoo-shower gel in each bathroom, microfiber cloth, dish towel, 1x bed linen, 1x bath towel, 1x sauna/pool towel per person, towel in each bathroom, and 1x toilet paper in each toilet).
  3. Is there an outdoor pool?
    Yes, our year-round heated outdoor pool is free of charge. Opening hours:
    Summer (May 1–October 31): Open 24/7
    • Winter (High season): 15:00–19:00
    • Winter (Low season): Free of charge, but by prior booking during opening hours.

Check-in and Check-out

  1. How does check-in work?
    Check-in times: 16:00–19:00
    • For arrivals after 19:00, we will send you the key code in advance (by prior arrangement). Check-in guidelines must be followed.
    • Please complete our online check-in form in advance and send us all arrival information by email.
  2. Can I check in early or check out late?
    Early check-in: Available on request and subject to availability, 50 EUR.
    • Late check-out: Also available on request and subject to availability, 50 EUR.

Facilities and Services

  1. Is there parking and charging stations for electric cars?
    2 free parking spaces per apartment are available (please provide your car registration number).
    • An electric car charging station is available upon request for a flat fee of 40 EUR (cash payment).
  2. Can I bring pets?
    Pets are allowed on request in selected apartments (30 EUR/night). Please keep your pet on a leash.
  3. Is there Wi-Fi available?
    Yes, we offer free fiber-optic internet.
    Login details: Name: Emma Deluxe, Password: deluxe5721.
  4. What wellness facilities are available?
    Sauna and steam bath:
    o Winter high season: Free of charge, 15:00–19:00 (for guests aged 16 and above).
    o Summer and winter low season: Exclusively bookable, 30 EUR/hour per apartment.
    • Bathrobes: No bathrobes available, but sauna/pool towels will be provided in the apartment upon arrival.
  5. Is there a bread delivery service?
    Yes, through our partner bakery Katschner (minimum order: 12 EUR). Orders must be placed by 19:30 the day before.

Special Rules

  1. Is there a security deposit?
    Yes, a security deposit of 500 EUR will be blocked on your credit card. Cash payment is not accepted.
  2. Are there smoke detectors?
    Yes, smoke detectors are legally required.
  3. Is there a ski room and ski boot heater?
    Yes, the ski room with ski boot heaters is video-monitored and accessible only with the apartment key. Please use the separate entrance and not the main entrance.
  4. Is daily cleaning offered?
    Daily cleaning is not included in the price. A mid-stay cleaning with linen and towel change can be booked for 160 EUR.
  5. Is there a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board?
    Yes, there are two washing machines and dryers, and two irons and one ironing board in the laundry room available for all guests.
  6. Is laundry detergent provided in the laundry room?
    No, laundry detergent is not provided.
  7. Is there a baby cot and high chair?
    A baby cot (including bed linen and towel) and a high chair are available upon request and subject to availability, for a fee of 50 EUR for the entire stay.
  8. Is there air conditioning?
    No, for environmental reasons we do not offer air conditioning. Fans are available upon request and subject to availability.
  9. Is there a restaurant on the property?
    No, but there are several restaurants and eateries about a 3-minute drive away. About a 1-minute walk is the restaurant Zum Matzen. We always recommend reserving a table in advance.
  10. Is there an elevator in the building?
    Yes, there is an elevator.
  11. What partner offers are available?
    Ski rental: Up to 20% discount at our partner shop Eurosport.
    • Guest card: Discounts and information available at piesendorf.at.
