  1. What is the difference between an apartment and a hotel room? Our apartments are self-contained units, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and bathroom. There is no hotel service or room service. Staying in an apartment offers you more flexibility and privacy.
  2. Where are the Emma Apartments located? Our apartments are located in Fürth/Piesendorf near Kaprun, just a few minutes away from ski areas like Kitzsteinhorn, Areit, Maiskogel, and Schmittenhöhe. Other amenities such as restaurants, après ski, bars, and grocery stores are also nearby.
  3. What is the apartment's equipment like? Our apartments are fully equipped: microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, Nespresso capsule machine, and a safe. Please note that there is no refill service for consumables like dish soap or toilet paper. The bathrooms come with a shower/WC, towel warmer, and hairdryer. Additionally, there is underfloor heating throughout the apartment.
  4. What is the initial starter set? We provide dishwashing tabs, dish soap, toilet paper, and shower gel. If these items run out, you will need to purchase more during your stay. Bedding and towels are provided per person, as well as dish towels and microfiber cloths.
  5. How do I check in? You will check in using a key code, and check-in policies must be fulfilled.
  6. What should I pay attention to during check-in? Make sure that all guests (including children) are listed in the online check-in form, as only registered guests will have access to the apartment. A deposit of 500 EUR must be paid, which can be blocked on your credit card.
  7. Can I arrive outside of regular check-in hours? Yes, arrivals outside regular hours (after 19:00) are possible, but only after prior arrangement and fulfillment of the check-in policies. The key code will be sent to you shortly before your arrival.
  8. How does the deposit work? The 500 EUR deposit is blocked on your credit card and will be released upon departure, provided no damage is found.
  9. Do you offer a bread roll service? Yes, our bread roll service can be booked through our partner bakery Katschner. Orders must be made by 19:30 the day before. Minimum order value is 12 EUR.

  11. Is Wi-Fi available? Yes, our apartments offer free internet access.
  12. Are pets allowed? Pets are only allowed upon request. A fee of 30 EUR per night and per pet applies. Please keep your pets on a leash.
  13. How does waste disposal work? Please dispose of your waste properly in the waste room or trash bins. Our outdoor and common areas are monitored by video surveillance. Make sure not to litter.
  14. Is there a washing machine and dryer? Yes, the washing machine and dryer are located in the building with the underground garage and are available to you free of charge. However, detergent is not provided.
  15. Is there an iron and ironing board? Each apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board.
  16. What about cleaning during the stay? Daily cleaning is not included in the price. Upon request, an interim cleaning with bedding and towel change can be arranged for 160 EUR.
  17. Is there a ski room? Yes, the ski room is located in the building with the underground garage and is monitored by video surveillance.
  18. How does check-out work? Check-out is between 8:00 and 10:00. Please inform us at least 30 minutes before departure.
  19. Is late check-out possible? Late check-out is possible depending on availability and prior arrangement, and costs 50 EUR.
  20. Is early check-in possible? Early check-in is possible depending on availability and upon request, and costs 50 EUR.
  21. How can I find out about events or activities in the region? For information on events, hiking trails, and lift opening times, please visit the website of the Piesendorf Tourist Office.
  22. Where can I rent skis or snowboards? Our guests receive discounts of 15-20% at our partner shop Eurosport. More information can be found on our website.
